First off, I loveee country music. Every New England-er I know is throwing up, but it's true. Something about a cowboy a good country song.. Loved the show, the performers, Carrie Underwood! That being said...the fashions..ehhhh... Southern girls can accessorize like it's their job, and I expected them to bring it. I dunno. High expectations I guess. So I didn't love the outfits, everything else was great, and I am still a lover all things country, just not:
Now Faith can wear a paper bag. She has Mr. McGraw. Although he doesn't look too happy about her hair choice either (I'm just saying..). No matter what she does, there's no denying, the girl absolutely qualifies as a haute mama.
(I have to whisper..if my kids hear me saying one bad word about Taylor Swift I'm in big trouble)
Taylor Swift, you're what?! FIFTEEN! you wrote a whole song about it. Show me one 15 year old who would be caught dead in this dress. The color, the length, the whole thing..bleh. BUT we all heart you Taylor and you can do no (other) wrong
A for effort.
Julianne Hough. Oh dear.
BAM! Girl brought it. And her date.. Oh wait. That's Camilla Alves and she's not even a country singer.
Va-va voom. Finally. Hillary Scott, Lady Antebellum. Like every man in that room wasn't thinking "Baby I need you nowwwwwwwwwww"
