Anne, Haute Mama of two.  Breast Cancer Survivor and board member for the Ellie Fund! Any excuse to get Glamed up we Mamas are there with you! Tomorrow night we will be cheering on Anne as she participates in a Pageant to raise money for the Ellie Fund. 

The Mamas with Michelle, Haute Mama of Five! Michelle also has a jewelry business on the side. You know in her spare time! Congrats Michelle for finding a balance and looking so good doing it! 

These are only a small few of the Moms we met this year that have shown us that it is Haute to do something for yourself whether it be a new dress, charity, business, you name it. When you become a Mom you become empowered not only can we give life but we nurture, multitask and because we are women skies the limit! Be good to yourself Mamas! Remember our Motto.....

From behind the shopping bags.... One Haute Mama - Meet Christina

Christina could be known as the princess of the trio..... never without a label she lives breathes and sleeps fashion. Bloomingdales has been known to greet her at their door with coffee!! She has lived all around the world with up to 6 passports and over 40 stamps  from birth in India to her parents homes of Vietnam and Sweden; starting Kindergarten in South Africa and most of her childhood years in Saudi Arabia. Eventually moving to the USA and landing in Miami (hitting the same local places as Kate!!) and making her home in Massachusetts with her husband and daughter. She is currently a busy working mom for the Banana Republic division of Gap Inc. Christina has a degree in Fashion Merchandising which she has made her career. She has worked for Gap Inc. for 10 plus years, Federated - Macy's division.  She also ran her own Merchandising Consulting business and worked for some smaller local companies setting up stores and creating windows. Christina also has a fashion and accessory business on the side inspired by her daughter called Bella Fashions. Christina says, " I am one lucky girl to be surrounded by my amazing husband & daughter, my family and friends whom have always supported me in all my crazy ideas. I took a few left turns in my life but when I looked to the right and saw the people I loved looking at me... I knew I needed to turn around..... Life can be lemons... but it's what you do with them... Make Lemonade with a splash of Dom Pérignon and sit back and celebrate whatever it is you have." Christina middle name could be Haute... 

From behind the shopping bags.... One Haute Mama - Meet Kimberly

 
 

 Kimberly is the dreamer, a romantic at heart who is up for anything and can make things happen. She is the Elizabeth Gilbert and Leanne Touhy of the trio. A proud Massachusetts gal and mother of four her interests can take her from a night on the town in Boston, to rock climbing with her kids the next morning. Always creating and with a passion for fashion Kimberly received her degree in Fashion Design and worked in the retail industry for 10 plus years. Inspired after a recent divorce to revisit her passions, Kimberly an avid painter decided to start her own art business called My Artful Hand, specializing in children's murals, canvas paintings and specialized gifts. She doesn't stop there always willing to lend a hand to Charity and was just hired by a childhood friend as the Sales and Marketing Representative for their company Hushamok.

                                                               Her Motto............

                        " Beautiful soul take control, life is short, make it Haute!"

From behind the shopping bags..one haute mama, meet Kate

 

 

 

Kate is the organic, bohemian mama mixed in with a little North Shore girl.  Mom to three gorgeous girls, she's always up for a chat about the Boston game du jour, or where the nearest boutiques are.  Days typically begin with a super early morning workout before the madness begins-carpooling, trying to tame one wild pooch (Sullivan McGreevy the "Marley-esque" yellow lab Santa left us last year), and playing social director to the family. After stumbling through various colleges, Kate was given "the ultimatium" by her parents-Shape up or ship out-and ship out she did.  Directly to South Beach Florida, where she went to work for her aunt in the garment industry as a wholesale manufactures representative.   Within a year she took over the business and covered the Southeast territory, with showrooms in Miami and Atlanta, and participated in trade shows in New York city.  It was these New York shows-the Larkin Group run International Fashion Show, International Kids Fashion Show + International Fashion Fabric Exhibition- that she'd eventually work for once Boston beckoned her back.  Eight months pregnant, and now working for Fashion Avenue Market Expo, she was laid off (like most people) after 9/11.  Choosing to pursue a career as wife + full time stylist to her three princesses, Kate began her work as a "stay at home mom".  In her eight years at home, she has yet to stay home.
