Ok, not quite, but close. Sugar addict. Not an explemplary eater by any stretch of the imagination. However, I try. Valentines poses a bit of a problem, but I came across this 30 Healthiest Foods Challenge on one of my favorite blogs and wondered if it was a test I'd pass or like my first drivers test, big fat fail. Let's see:
Real Simple went out and asked the country’s top dietitians and nutritionists to tell them which superpowered ingredients we should be incorporating into our diets regularly. Here are their top picks and whether or not I eat them, and or how often (scale of 1-5, 1 not a lot, 5 often)
