Well the uber luxe Spa at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Boston is holding a "Spa for a Year" Raffle, with proceeds to benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. I'd let them paint my toe nails in the main lobby, one can only imagine the level of tranquility and beauty in the actual spa area.
