It's no lie, we like to buy. But spend? That depends.
We are definitely up for investing in pieces that are worth it. Trendy pieces that last a season? Maybe not so much. Enter TJ Maxx.
Kim, each of our four year olds + I recently made a whirl wind half hour lovely afternoon shopping trip to the 'Maxx to see just how far we could strech $25. I hear how hard it is to come up with $100 to spend on clothes, but how about $25?
First off, I am a dress girl! Loves me some good dresses!
- I also love color, and this dress certainly has it. It's very Miami to me, and while I can't wait to wear it next summer with some wedge heels, I'll probably pair it this winter with a boyfriend blazer, tights + some ankle boots. Oh. I forgot to mention, loved it so much, I bought it.
ps-the peep toe platform heels by Guess? Clearance, but 29.99 so I didn't count them in our 25 and under shopping trip. Still a bargain. And still better than KIM'S SHOES.. Ask HER about HER boots..AHEM.
-I would wear this dress everysingledayKimmmmm
Hahaha!! It was comfortable and only $14.99 paired with leggings only $6.99! The boots however...... $129.99 and if I were in the market for a pair.... they would have been mine! A well crafted pair of boots can take you through a couple of years worth the $$$
XO Kimberly
-This is such a simple dress but the shoulders scream LOOK AT ME. As a matter of fact wore it out Saturday night, and got compliments galore. By women- so you know they were legit. Oh yea..bought that one too!

The military trend....Very haute right now. And comes and goes, so why not invest in key pieces? But if money is an issue then by all means meet our friend Mr. Maxx....
You may have remember Kim purchasing a pair of skinny cargos a couple of weeks ago..Well I found these in the junior section, 14.99 and cropped, definitely not the quality or fit of hers. White flag. However, for 14.99, you'll get a season out of them. And the wedge heels..12 bucks. How can you go wrong?
Kim I salute you.
Thanks Kate! No I salute you!! Our Uber Bargain shopper of the trio! If Christina were here she would have been sweating! hahahaa!! Anyway, These military cargo's only $14.99 and the top was $12.99... I had a hard time sticking to the $25 dollar budget! :-( I would have paired this with a great faux green leather jacket I saw but it would have put me way over budget!
and finally..the grand finale....If you had $25 you could buy this and go home with twenty two dollars in your wallet!
Ok, so we've shown you what we'd buy! Here's your chance to win one, one hundred dollar gift card to TJ Maxx so you can show us what you'd buy! You have up to four chances to win! Don't delay, enter today! It doesn't have to cost a million bucks to look like a million bucks..heck..it can cost 3 bucks sometimes.
****contest has ended*******

Loved both the second and third dress shown. Makes me want to go scour my TJ Maxx for some like them.
