*evolution of a watch lover (l-r candy, swatch, timex, polar, cartier)
Watches..I lurveeeee watches. From my first watch, an edible one that was not so reliable in the time keeping department, yet tasted fabulous, to my current-totally inedible, but looks fabulous.
I won't lie. If money were no object I'd be decked out in a new watch daily. Rolex. Patek Philippe. Cartier. I'm dizzy saying the words.. but money is an object and I do not have a lot of those objects so I have invested wisely in a watch that is a timeless piece I can wear forever. And gave up any and all mothers day, Christmas and birthday presents for about six years but it was oh so worth it.
Thing is I wear my tank watch every day with every outfit and it gets kind of gross pulling weeds and scrubbing floors (Yep. Gave up the house cleaner and landscaper too. Still worth it.). Enter
"A lightweight, oversized plastic watch inspired by high designed time pieces".
The Swatch watch of my generation. And the prices make me happy. Very happy. I won't be dripping in them, but I won't have to give up Easter;)
Some of my faves:
the mother of pearl chrono! To die for!
It's ceramic..no it's plastic..It's PLASTERAMIC! And it's calling my name.
did somone say PINK PAVE???
Prefer small? No prob..It's mini Plasteramic!
ooohhh..Me like strong watch
Zebra print is so haute, I mean HOT right now! Sport the trend in a watch!
Like sands through the Stained Glass Plasteramic Watch in Blue so are the Days of Our Lives. And our watches.
Maybe it's time to treat yourself to a new watch? One candy and one Toy
The value of the watch is not governed by its tag value, but rather with its niche & eccentricity.
