I am not a trainer nor do I play one on TV.
These links will take you to people who are trainers, chefs and others who are qualified to tell you about fitness. Unlike me who was literally eating ice cream cake from the container last night. Just keepin' it real folks.
-Rocco Dispirito....Yum..I mean the cookbook-yum! 150 of America's Favorite comfort foods, all under 350 calories! And not too hard on the eyes either ladies..You know I'm talking about that cheeseburger on the cover. Available here, and check him out on Facebook
-ToneItUp.com By far my favorite-est fitness site out there. First off who doesn't love names that start love with "K" sounds;) secondly one of them is a New England gal! and lastly, these girls are adorable and so inspiring! Great videos and free (did someone say FREE?!) weekly newsletters and workout routines every week. And their diet plan is so affordable, and more important, realistic! These girls are the real thing! Here's a link to my favorite video where the girls go food shopping. Food + shopping?! Who wouldn't love them? And when you're done talking food, get off your buns and go tone them up!
-Finally, I was in Vegas when my cousin alerted me to the Skinnygirl margarita.
Oh yea, I keep the recipe on my iphone she told me. Huh? I clearly know who Bethenny Frankel is, being the queen of reality tv, but this was news to me. Low carb drink recipe? Hmm.. In the name of research, I checked out the site, and lo and behold you don't even need a recipe, Frankel's done the work for you. Skinnygirl comes in a bottle, and is available online and in stores everywhere! But even if you don't drink her site's worth checking out for all the useful recipes and health and fitness information.
And because we here at Three Haute Mamas are all about sharing, and because even if you workout everyday, and watch every morsel of food that passes your lips, it's really all about moderation.
